In this
entry from a year and a half ago, Bancorp HSA seemingly was the best investment option for HSA accounts. Since then though, about half of their index funds are no longer available. I suspect the fund companies themselves have given up trying to compete with Vanguard, Fidelity, ETF providers and rolled those funds back into their regular actively managed core funds. After scanning through the updated list of funds, the following seem to be the best options available depending on whether you have $2500 minimum or $10,000 minimum to invest.
