Minimums eliminated for Vanguard Signal Shares

Woo hoo!  Vanguard just announced they are eliminating Signal Share minimum requirements.  I will contact Employee Fiduciary ASAP to get our funds upgraded.  The funds we have with Signal classes:

Value (Large Cap) 0.14% <- 0.26%
Growth (Large Cap) 0.14% <- 0.26%
European 0.16% <- 0.27%
Pacific 0.16% <- 0.27%
Emerging Markets 0.27% <- 0.40%
REIT 0.14% <- 0.26%

We're only a few months away from Admiral for Intermediate Treasury (VFITX) but with the takeover of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, the Intermediate Government Bond option has become the same.

Intermediate-Term Government Bond 0.15% <- 0.25%

The chart comparing VSIGX against VFITX shows no difference other than a weird 1-day spike (probably a data issue at Morningstar).
